Executive Coaching
& Assessments

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership. We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.

Five areas focused on a coaching relationship:

1.

PERFORMANCE

/ SKILLS

2.

WELL BEING

3.

COPING

4.

GOAL-DIRECTED

SELF-REGULATION

5.

WORK ATTITUDES

Executive coaching has been found by several authors to have significant positive effects in all of these areas (Theebom et al. 2013). Additionally, many authors have found a 500-700% return on investing with coaching (Anderson 2001, Parker-Wilkins 2006, and ICF, 2009).
